The Jonas Brothers have hit back at reports they plan to split, insisting they will make music together “for the rest of our lives”.
Rumours about the trio's future were ignited last week after Nick launched a new band called Nick Jonas & the Administration.
The eldest Jonas brother, Kevin, 21, also recently unveiled plans to marry fiancée Danielle Deleasa.
But in a statement, Nick Jonas played down reports that their new projects spelled the end for the band.
“We’ve said from the beginning of our career as the Jonas Brothers that anything we do outside of the group is a side project because you can’t break up brothers,” he said
“My brothers are my biggest supporters, and were on the phone with me everyday while I was in the studio asking how it was going, and telling me they couldn’t wait to hear the record.”
In a separate statement, Joe and Kevin said they were “so proud” of their brother and insisted their “three chord strand is stronger now than it’s ever been”.
“We know that we will be doing music together for the rest of our lives,” they added.
The Jonas Brothers last album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times, was released earlier this year.
