Miley Cyrus' nine-year-old sibling Noah appeared to have rifled through her big sister's wardrobe before hitting the red carpet at the weekend.

The tween star attended he 16th Dream Halloween Dream event dressed all in black and with knee-high lace up PVC boots.

Her ghoulish fancy dress costume was completed with lashings of bright red lippy.

The gothic outfit was similar to the soft-punk look Miley has been rocking in recent weeks - only more racy and revealing.

If little Noah was going for Halloween scare tactics, she certainly put the frighteners on us - not to mention on the editor of Disney Girl magazine who has refused to run photos of the starlet in her 'dominatrix'-style get-up.

"All the girls we cover in the magazine, we make sure they are tween friendly and their outfits are something that is appropriate," says Fiona Wright.

"Being a Disney publication we stress family values and no, we definitely wouldn't run these pictures."
