The cast of The Twilight Saga: New Moon are to embark on a nationwide tour next month in support of the forthcoming movie.

The 15-date jaunt will kick off in Hollywood on November 6 before calling at locations in Washington DC, Phoenix and Philadelphia.

It is due to conclude on the eve of the film's release in New York City's Times Square on November 19.

Each tour stop will feature Twilight related games, activities and special Q&A sessions with the cast.

Bands who are featured on the soundtrack to the film are also due to perform at some of the dates.

New Moon, which stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, is released in cinemas worldwide on November 20.
