Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner come face to face in a new clip from The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
The TV spot shows vampire Edward Cullen (Pattinson) and Jacob Black (Lautner) clash over joint love interest Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart).
As Jacob transforms into a werewolf Bella can be be heard pleading with him to stay away.
Please!" Bella says. "Jake, don't!"

Unveiled ahead of the film's release next month, the clip also shows the werewolf pack hunting for the vampires.
The second film in the Twilight Saga, New Moon follows the love triangle between Jacob, Bella and Edward.
It is due to be released on November 20.
