Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's visit to Jordan wasn't all about cute family photos at ice cream parlours – the couple also visited the youngsters at the SOS Children's Village in Amman.
The actress and UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador visited the village back in 2003, when she committed to covering the running costs of one family house.

In early October she returned, this time with Brad in tow.
"The SOS model of providing care for children without parental care is one of the best, as they are still in a family setting within their own country,” said Angelina of her support for the organisation's work.
“We hope more people learn about their programmes and give them support".

SOS Children's Villages has received a $1 million donation from the Jolie/Pitt Foundation.
Angelina visited their trauma therapy centre at the Oure Cassoni refugee camp in Chad in 2007, which provides shelter and care for women and children who have escaped the horrors of Darfur.
