George Clooney Rolls Back The Years At London Premiere - Pictures

Dating a beautiful Italian 17-years his junior appears to be agreeing with George Clooney.

The Hollywood star - who was starting to look all of his 48 years and more - looked remarkably youthful at the London premiere of The Men Who Stare At Goats on Thursday.

The dark bags under his eyes and slightly craggy features of several months ago were nowhere to be seen as he escorted Itialian TV presenter Elisabetta Canalis on the red carpet.

Instead, he was tanned, fuller in the face and perkier all round.

Whether George has a plastic surgeon to thank for his new look, or those bike rides with his girlfriend around Lake Como, it's hard to tell. What do you think?
