Katie Price has launched an unprecedented attack against her ex-husband Peter Andre on Twitter.

Her comments follow reports of a heated phone conversation between Reid and Andre, during which the cage fighter apparently said: "I'm the man of the house now."

Writing on the micro-blogging website on Thursday, Price said: “Papers got wrong AGAIN. Pete said: IM GONNA BREAK YOUR F**KING LEGS watch your back >>nice pete in front of kids!

According to The Sun newspaper, Andre called Price yesterday when he was unable to get through to the former couple's nanny to arrange a time to collect their children.

However, Price, who was reported to have given the phone to Reid, claimed on Twitter that she had phoned Andre.

“I called him too speak to kids being nice," she said. "His true colours are starting to come out thank god!!”

Price added: “Alex is calm a real gentle guy stop believing what you read an realise Pete is not the sweet guy that he always portrays.”

Price and Reid began dating in July - just months after her split from Andre.
