Peter Andre has hired extra security amid reports Katie Price is planning to gatecrash the opening night of his tour, it's been claimed.

The Australian singer is due to begin his tour in Hampshire on Friday, but Price has apparently arranged to go clubbing in the same town.

A source told the Daily Mirror: "Why would she need to be in Hampshire apart from to cause trouble? She has booked a table to go drinking with pals. 

"Peter knows only too well how, when the drink starts, Katie transforms into Jordan. He has hired extra security to keep her away.

The source added: “He is nervous enough about his first night. Katie just can't move on."

As Entertainmentwise reported earlier, Price has today denied reports she's split with boyfriend Alex Reid.

The had been speculation the couple had parted ways after reports emerged claiming Reid liked dressing up as a woman.
