Angelina Jolie has described Brad Pitt as a “marvellous father” to the couple's six children.
Pitt and Jolie's family include three biological children – Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne – and three adopted children - Maddox, Zahara and Pax.
In an interview with Stylist magazine, the Hollywood actress said she felt “very lucky and very blessed” with her life.
“There's a lot of love in our house. Pax and Zee have bonded remarkably well because they are so close in age,” she said.
“And Mad and Pax are a formidable item when together – and they all adore the twins.”
When asked about Pitt's relationship with the children, Jolie replied: “He's so into the boys' things, like cars and mud and getting dirty.”
The jet-setting couple were snapped smiling as they treated Knox and Vivienne to ice cream during a visit to Amman, Jordan last week.
But the actress's comments about family life follow claims that Pitt recently discussed his relationship with Jolie during a meeting with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston.
