The pair were pictured taking a stroll around the lcoal area on Friday after returning from a romantic break in Thailand.
Brand is understood to have wooed the singer at last month's MTV Video Music Awards in New York, where the comedian hosted the event.
Meanwhile, Perry will host the MTV Europe Music Awards for the second year running when they take place next month in Berlin.
