Megan Fox has revealed she was never popular with girls at school.

The Jennifer's Body star told ASOS magazine her “aggressive personality” meant she only really attracted male friends.

"I've always gotten along better with boys. That rubbed some people the wrong way,” she said "I was not, ever for a second, popular.

“Everyone hated me, and I was a total outcast, my friends were always guys, I have a very aggressive personality, and girls didn't like me for that.

“I've had only one great girlfriend my whole life."

Meanwhile, Fox, 23, also revealed during her typically candid interview that she lacked body confidence.

She said: "I can wake up feeling thin and fit and then the very next day, nothing will have happened to change anything but I just feel I've gained 10 pounds overnight, nothing fits me and it's all wrong."

Fox is currently starring as back-from-the-dead cheerleader Jennifer Check in Jennifer's Body.
