Victoria Beckham's bony frame has been attracting comment all over London Fashion Week – and yesterday she looked more painfully skinny than ever.

The Spice Girl-turned-fashionista was sporting a serious case of 'lizard neck' as she was escorted by bodyguards from her hotel.

The 35-year-old is known for her tiny frame but appears to have lost even more weight - weight she couldn't afford to lose - in recent weeks, leaving her with a sinewy appearance that adds years to her real age.

Victoria attended the a closing party for London Fashion Week, celebrating it's 25th Anniversary, hosted by Burberry.

A new report claims Victoria has been working out up to FIVE times a day in a bid to banish her “excess skin.”

“She could probably sort it out by just putting on excess weight,” a source tells Britain's Closer magazine.

“But obviously she won’t! So Vic now works out before and after eating, and it’s even increased her appetite.”
