Katie Price was too scared of her famous attacker to report her alleged rape to police, it's been reported.

The former glamour model was apparently left “devastated” by the attack, which she has claimed took place when she was younger.

A friend told the Daily Mirror: “She told he how he became violent towards her after not getting his way.

“At one point he made a move for her throat. It sounded terrible. She told me about it a few years later. She said: ‘I’ve been with him, I know what he’s like.’

“She told me in such a matter-of-fact way it was almost as if she had come to terms with the attack.”

The friend added that Price was “measured and very calm” but “at the time she was too scared to report it”.

As Entertaimentwise reported earlier, Price apparently divulged the name of her attacker during filming for her reality TV show What Katie Did Next.

However, the former glamour model's lawyers have apparently banned the person's name from being broadcast, while crew members present at the time have been told to stay quiet.
