Susan Boyle made her singing debut on US soil last night when she performed on America's Got Talent.
The 48-year-old Scottish star wowed 25 million viewers with a cover of Wild Horses by the Rolling Stones.
Boyle also sang a moving rendition of the musical number I Dreamed A Dream – the song that propelled her to fame on Britain's Got Talent earlier this year.

In a pre-recorded interview, Boyle said: "I used to be a kind of spectator looking outward at the world.
"But now I'm part of that world and, though frightening, I'm going to embrace it."

The singer was given a heroes welcome by hundreds of fans when she arrived in Los Angeles on Saturday.
Boyle, who came runner up on Britain's Got Talent, is due to release her debut album in November.
