Courtney Love's Changing Face - Pictures

As Courtney Love showed up for the Narcisco Rodriguz show at New York Fashion looking virtually unrecognisable, we were struck by how much the singer's face has changed over the years.

With her fluctuating weight, substance abuse issues and multiple plastic surgeries, her features have been on quite a journey since she first found fame as Hole's controversial frontwoman in the early 90s.

Courtney has been open about getting her 'face fixed', sometimes updating her fans on her latest procedures.

She blogged after a rhinoplasty op in 2007: "I hated that nosejobby nose, it was like a little beak. I've had my nose fixed. It looks like the one God gave me so I'm happy not to have crazy lips and a crazy teensy unnatural little nose.

"All I care about is that my self esteem is limitless and intact, and that nothing and no situation affects my self esteem."

Her new look and the tell-tale scarring visible under her chin last night suggests we're looking at the aftermath of another facial refit. Sadly, we're not sure it's an improvement on the last (see above.)
