Michael Jackson's brother Tito has said he has forgiven the singer's personal physician Dr Conrad Murray.
Dr Murray was with Michael when he suffered a cardiac arrest at his home in Los Angeles on June 25.
It has since emerged that the singer had lethal levels of the powerful sedative propofol in his body when he died.
In an interview with the Daily Mirror, Tito said of Dr Murray: “Have I forgiven him? We are supposed to forgive as humans.
“I’m not a hater or anything like that. I’m just going to take things one moment at a time. I’m supposed to forgive. We are supposed to forgive. That’s just my belief.
“So yes, I forgive. It’s what God said. You’re supposed to forgive. It’s a religious thing.”
Jackson's death was last month ruled as homicide by the Los Angeles coroner.
The ruling has increased the likelihood that charges would be brought against the star's doctors, who are reported to have administered him with painkilling drugs.
