Katie Price and Peter Andre are to divorce each other today, bringing to an end three and a half years of marriage.
The couple are expected to ask the District Judge at London's High Court to issue cross decrees.
According to The Sun newspaper, Price and Andre are blaming each other for the split, which was originally announced in May.
They are understood to have reached a financial settlement, but custody details over their two children – Junior, 4, and Princess Tiaamii, 2 – have reportedly yet to be finalised.
The case will be heard in the High Court's Family Division.
Price and Andre met during the 2004 series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here.
The couple, who married in 2005, documented much of their time together on a host of reality TV shows.
Andre has taken a vow of celibacy and refused to date since their split, but the former glamour model began dating cage fighter Alex Reid in July.
Price also has another child, Harvey, 7 by footballer Dwight Yorke.
