Well-Fed was looking more rotund than ever as he was snapped going to dinner with Victoria Prince - not that his cheery girlfriend seemed to mind.

Earlier this month it was reportedly that Kevin had been offered a whopping $2.5 million to kick start his weight loss plan by endorsing a new fat-burning tool set to go on sale in GNC health food stores in the US.

We're assuming the deal didn't quite happen.

While Kevin was working on his gut, Britney - also in the Big Apple - was looking tanned and toned as she took their boys Jayden James and Sean Preston to see The Little Mermaid on Broadway.
