Kerry Katona has been sacked as the public face of supermarket chain Iceland following allegations she was taking cocaine.
In a statement, the company said it was “impossible” for Katona to continue in her position.
On Sunday, the News of the World newspaper released video footage which appeared to show the ex-Atomic Kitten star taking the Class A drug.
Katona has refused to comment on the pictures, but a spokesman said yesterday she was “consulting her lawyers”.
The singer has appeared in Iceland ads for four years, during which she has battled a number of personal problems.
In a statement, Iceland said: "We have always stood by her, as an example of a normal person and mum who has experienced some of the modern-day culture of fame, and how difficult it can be to deal with.
"However, following the most recent allegations, we feel it is impossible for Kerry to continue to work with us as one of the faces of Iceland advertising."
In an interview in 2007, Katona admitted to taking cocaine following her split with husband Brian McFadden in 2004.
