Peter Andre has said he is tied of the ongoing “mud-slinging match” between himself and estranged wife Katie Price.

Stories about the former couple have dominated the tabloids since they announced their separation in May.

In an interview on Sky News, Andre said: "Enough is enough. I really don't think there should be any more said.”

The singer, who is currently promoting his new single Behind Closed Doors, added that the reports were not good for the couple's children.

“A lot of it is wrong and it's not nice," he added. "At the end of the day, we've got three kids.

"These kids do not need to be subjected to this."

In an interview yesterday, Andre admitted he and Price “can't blame anyone but ourselves” for the public interest in their life.

To date, the singer has remained tight-lipped about his actual reasons for leaving the former glamour model.
