Kate Moss And Lily Allen Soak Up The Sun In St Tropez - Pictures

Lily Allen joined pal Kate Moss on holiday in the South of France over the weekend.

Dressed in an electric blue bikini top and white shorts, the Smile singer was looking trim as she hung out with Kate and Kate's daughter Lila Grace in sunny St Tropez.

Lily has been taking dieting advice from her slim supermodel pal, according to Closer.

"Kate's been telling her to try the "rock chick" diet - coffee, cigarettes, vodka and champagne, which are relatively low in calories," a friend tells the magazine.

Aside from the obvious health drawbacks, Lily will hopefully be encouraged to treat the advice with caution by Kate's wrinkly thighs!
