Katie Price has denied rumours she plans to get engaged to new boyfriend Alex Reid.
The former glamour model, who only confirmed the pair's relationship this week, said there was no truth in the tabloid reports.
“I'm not getting engaged, nothing of the sort,” Price wrote on Twitter. “Just seeing someone I like spending time with!”
Price also hit out at people who had criticised her decision to go on holiday to Spain with Reid while estranged husband Peter Andre looked after her children.
“I'm away with my friends relaxing while Pete was due to have children this week,” she wrote. ”It seems whatever I do is wrong!”
Price added in another tweet: “Whilst Pete has children I don't always want to be sat at home on my own ..I'm only human!”
Price and Reid, a cage fighter, were spotted relaxing by the pool yesterday, while pictures today show Reid helping give the former glamour model a massage.
Andre, 36, is currently looking after the couple's children, Junior, 4, Princess, 2, and Price's son Harvey, 7 at home in Hove.
As Entertainmentwise reported earlier, the singer, who split with Price in May, is said to have been left angered by his estranged wife's decision to move on so quickly.
He has been quoted as saying that that he wants a divorce "sooner rather than later".
