Nadya Suleman, who gave birth to octuplets earlier this year, is to star alongside her children in a new reality TV show.

Suleman, who has a total of 14 children, is believed to have signed a £250,000 deal with European TV company Eyeworks.

Contracts filled at a Los Angeles Court – which are still yet to be approved – state that the children will each earn money from the show, according to the BBC.

But under Californian law 15% of the proceeds will be kept in a trust fund until the children reach 18.

Suleman was widely criticised when she gave birth to the eight children in January following IVF treatment.

Although she has admitted to finding in difficult to care for the children, Suleman has always maintained that she did the right thing.
