Pattinson has been followed relentlessly across the city by his female fans since he began shooting Remember Me in May.

A source told the New York Daily News: “He stayed in two different hotels over the course of four days just to try to escape the fans who were following him.

Remember Me, which is released next year, tells the story of two new lovers whose relationship is threatened by family tragedy.
The film also stars former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan.
