David Beckham has denied reports he is set to appear in a new Armani advertising campaign with Angelina Jolie.

It had been claimed Jolie would appear alongside Beckham instead of his wife Victoria.

But in an interview with Extra, the footballer said: "I definitely don't think that's true. Think it's something put out in the press.

"She's an amazing person and so is Brad. They're an incredible couple - got an amazing family.

“You know she wouldn't do it and I wouldn't do it. At the end of the day, I wouldn't do it because I'm married."

Beckham has appeared alongside Victoria in a series of suggestive adverts for Armani over recent months.

The couple's latest campaign, which sees them entwined on a rope, was launched last month.
