Katie Holmes has once again raised concerns over her health, after being pictured in Australia looking tired and vacant.

The ever-present paparazzi snapped the actress as she arrived with husband Tom Cruise and daughter Suri at the Princess Theatre in Melbourne yesterday.

Katie's odd choice of attire - a thick white coat - also raised a few eyebrows. Considering the current temperatures downunder, many have been quick to assume the mum-of-one was unwell.

This isn't the first time we have seen Katie battle with her appearance. This time last year she was looking frail and sickly, reportedly after undergoing a "purification run-down", an extreme detox process that Scientologists say rids the body of toxins and impurities.

Alas, anyone's immediate concerns for the former Dawson's Creek star did little to hamper the trio's night.

The happy family smiled enthusiastically as they exited the stage production of Jersey Boys, before returning to their $14,000 a night hotel.
