Michael Jackson was found to be skeletal, almost completely bald and covered in bruises and needle puncture marks after his death, it's claimed.
The unconfirmed results of his first autopsy - undertaken on Friday - are said to show that Jackson barely had any food in his stomach when he died last Thursday of a suspected cardiac arrest.
It is also alleged that the star suffered extensive rib injuries when doctors attempted to revive him.
According to the Sun newspaper, Michael, who was 5ft 10in tall, weighed just 8st 1oz when he died, and there were traces of undissolved pills in his stomach.
The newspaper also claims the autopsy results recorded that his body was covered in needle wounds from his alleged dependence on painkilling medication.
Meanwhile, there were scars on Michael's body from his alleged 13 cosmetic operations, the newspaper said.
The LA coroner's office said there was no foul play or evidence of external trauma, but the star's family have called for a second and independent autopsy.
Focus shifted to Michael’s private life – and the extent of his alleged addiction to painkillers – within hours of his death.
Police in Los Angeles have interviewed his physician Dr Conrad Murray as witness over the star's death.
US media reports had claimed Dr Murray had injected the singer with Demerol, a drug similar to morphine, just before he suffered cardiac arrest.
But Dr Murray’s lawyer, Edward Chernoff, to the Los Angeles Times these claims were “absolutely false”.
