True Blood star Stephen Moyer has one message for his blood-sucking rival Robert Pattinson – bite me!

Ahead of the second season of the HBO vampire drama, the 39-year-old actor has dissed the Twilight heartthrob's undead credentials.

In an interview with Marie Claire, he says of Rob: "He's a pussy! He's the Slim-Fast, Diet Coke of vampires."

Despite the fighting talk, the pair have more than pretending to be vampires in common.

If you believe the gossip, Rob is hooking up with on-screen love Kristen Stewart, whilst Stephen has been dating his True Blood co-star, Anna Paquin, for the past two years.

this is bullshit....moyer is just too jealous of rob coz the young gun is doin too well as a vampire..in other words better than moyer n hence the above statements of jealousy can be considered as the blabber of an envious OLD man..... and another thing...kristem is too honest to michael to be hookin up with rob (no offense to rob but its just love...thts all it is )

I don't think he meant robert pattinson is a pussy, i'm pretty sure he meant that Edward Cullen, Robert's character is a pussy. whatever, i love both true blood and twilight so i don't care

first off, unless you are really to stand up and state your name and exactly how you know X, Y or Z, you don't know or say how honest/true/whatever anyone is to anyone so drop the comments. for all we know, yes Kristen and Rob are totally doing it in their trailers every day. but that is their business second, we have no idea the context of the comments and although this site wawants us to believe it was a personal diss, it could have been a comment about their characters

Clearly, he's referring to the character of Edward Cullen, not the actor himself. And sorry, if you drink animal blood instead of human blood, that is, metaphorically, the equivalent of drinking Diet Coke/Slimfast: not real food.

haha seriously people! I don't think Stephen Moyer is actually calling Robert Pattinson out for being a bad vampire. He's talking about their characters for sure and besides that he's right! Bill Compton could kick Edward Cullen's butt all over Forks, Washington!
