Susan Boyle pulled out of two Britain's Got Talent shows yesterday after being advised to rest by doctors.
The 48-year-old, from Blackburn, Scotland had been due to perform a matinee and evening show at Manchester's MEN arena.
But a spokesperson said: "Following three sensational performances, Susan Boyle has been advised to rest.
"She sends her sincere apologies to her fans for not appearing in Manchester."

Notice greets fans in Manchester.
Boyle had defied critics to perform at the opening two dates of the Britain's Got Talent tour in Birmingham and Sheffield last week.
The singer, who shot to fame after her audition for the reality show became a worldwide hit, sang two hits from the musicals Cats and Les Miserables at both concerts.
Boyle had been a doubt for the tour after she was treated for exhaustion at London's Priory earlier this month.
The tour continues tonight in Glasgow. At present, it's not clear whether Boyle will perform in her home country.
