Lady GaGa continued to embrace local traditions during her promotional tour of Japan yesterday.

The Just Dance singer sported a Hello Kitty dress, complete with doll, on the morning show Sukkiri.

The Hello Kitty brand has become a global phenomenon worth more than $1billion a year since its launch in 1974.

On Tuesday, the singer donned a series of traditional Harajuku's gothic lolita outfits when she was taken on a tour of local fashions by one TV show.

The singer also wore an eye-catching donut shaped clip-on hair accessory on another programme.
