Kristen Stewart is embracing rock chick chic as she rehearses for new movie The Runaways.

The 19-year-old actress plays rocker Joan Jett in the upcoming flick – and is already looking the part.

Kristen was minus her usual hoodie on Thursday, giving us a first proper look at her new dyed black, feathered hairstyle.

She has also developed a penchant for lashings of Khol eyeliner and rock t-shirts – on Monday it was Delicious Vinyl, and yesterday she wore a Clash-inspired Revolution Rock print.

Unfortunately, Kristen showed up at a Los Angeles studio only to discover that it was closed because she had her times mixed up.

But at least it gave her a chance to practice her rocker scowl - which was spot-on!
