Insiders say Britney Spears is "totally and definitely" dating her agent - and with her father's blessing

The ‘Womanizer’ singer – who has been romantically linked to everyone from her back-up dancers to ex-husband Kevin Federline in recent months – has reportedly found love with Jason Trawick.

The 27-year-old star’s strict father Jamie Spears – who took legal control of Britney’s personal and financial affairs last year – is said to approve of her new man.

A source said: “They are totally and definitely dating. Her dad loves him. He's the best thing that has happened to her."

Britney has been frequently photographed with Jason over the past year.

The 37-year-old manager even accompanied the singer on her May trip to the Bahamas with her boys.

The pair are currently in London, where Britney is performing the UK leg of her Circus tour.

Friends claim the pop beauty fell for Jason – who is a childhood friend of her brother Bryan – since they first met a few years ago.

The source added to People magazine: "They're very sweet together. Britney has always had a crush on Jason. He makes her really happy, and he's great with the boys."

Britney’s rep is yet to confirm the relationship.
