Katy Perry celebrated spring in the boldest way possible this morning as she sported a bright floral jacket in London.

The singer even had to shield her own eyes with a pair of matching pink Ray Bans sunglasses as she entered the BBC Radio 1 studios.

Perry briefly stopped to sign autographs and pose for pictures with fans who had lined up outside the building.

Meanwhile, the I Kissed A Girl star has revealed in a new interview that she was left speechless when she met Madonna at a gig recent.

“I met Madonna after one of her shows. She had just her close friends and dancers with her,” Perry told Glamour magazine.

“But all I could say was ‘thank you’. It was all I could get out of my mouth.”
