Peter Andre has begun the move into his new home in Hove following his split from wife Katie Price.

The singer was spotted this morning carrying suitcases and boxes of clothes from a removal van into his garage.

The property, near Brighton, is less than 50 miles from the couple's marital home and is thought to include a swimming pool and gym facilities.

Tabloid reports have claimed the singer will be renting the property initially, but has the right to buy after six months.

As Entertainentwise reported earlier, Andre today said vowed to stay strong following his split from Price for the sake of their children - Junior, 3, and Princess Tiaamii, 1.

“I am obviously still reeling but I have to focus and stay strong for the children because if I crumble then I’m no use to them,” he wrote in New! Magazine.

Andre also said that once he had settled into his new home he hoped to see the children “a lot more and not just at weekends”.

Andre and Price announced their shock split last month.
