Taylor Lautner is still on the market – at least according to rumoured girlfriend Selena Gomez.

The pair were rumoured to be teenage sweethearts after they hung out together in Vancouver while Taylor was filming Twilight sequel New Moon.

Although they did their best not to be snapped together, Selena, 16, was spotted leaving the Taylor's hotel, and joining the 17-year-old's family for dinner in the Canadian city.

But the Wizards of Waverly Place star insists they are just pals.

“He’s one of my good friends,” she tells US TV show Extra.

“I’m single. Definitely single.”
