Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have denied reports they are on the verge of splitting.
US tabloid reports yesterday claimed the couple, who have been together since 2005, had decided to call time on their “tumultuous” relationship.
But a spokesperson for Pitt told Us magazine the claims were “absolutely not true”, while Jolie's manager said the report was “not true at all".
The couple, who have six children, have faced increasing speculation over the strength of their relationship over recent months.
But they both put on a united front when they appeared together at the premiere of Pitt's new movie Inglouroius Basterds in Cannes last month.
A source told Us: "They have their fights and moments, but generally things are good. They are happy - and Brad loves being a father.”
Jolie is currently shooting new movie Salt in New York.
