Robert, Kristen And Taylor In New Moon Film Stills - Pictures

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner feature in three just-released New Moon film stills.

One snap depicts the moment that Rob – as vampire Edward Cullen – bids farewell to Kristen's Bella in the forest.

Another shows Bella being comforted by Peter Facinelli's Carlisle Cullen after she's thrown to the ground by Edward in order to protect her from Jasper's bite at her birthday party.

The third showcases Taylor Lautner's muscles as his character Jacob Black stands shirtless in the rain.

The 17-year-old actor recently explained the difficulties of filming this scene.

He revealed: “I was shirtless, all I was wearing was shorts. We were in 35-degree weather. [They] poured rain on [us], which is like so iced cold!

“And the scene was like four minutes long and I’m just sitting there and you can’t look cold."

With anticipation over New Moon already approaching feverish levels, we can't imagine what kind of craziness will be unleashed by the time of the movie's November release.
