Susan Boyle could be forced to miss dates on the forthcoming Britain's Got Talent tour, according to reports.
The singer is scheduled to begin performing with the programme's other nine finalists when the tour kicks off on June 12 in Birmingham.
But organisers now fear Boyle may have to pull out of some of the early shows as she continues to receive treatment in London's Priory clinic.
The 48-year-old was admitted to the rehabilitation facility on Sunday suffering from exhaustion.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "We are working on a day-by-day basis here. This is about someone's health and future."
The fresh doubt over Boyle's participation comes as organisers have added a further seven dates to the tour, which will run throughout this month across the UK.
As Entertainmentwise reported earlier, Boyle's brother John has revealed his sister has been invited to perform for Barack Obama in Washington DC next month.
