Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart celebrated their hijacking of the 2009 MTV Movie Awards with an intimate dinner date, it's claimed.
Their movie Twilight picked up five prizes on the night, including best picture, best male breakthrough performance (Rob), best kiss (Rob and Kristen) and best actress (Kristen.)
After the ceremony, the co-stars – and rumoured real-life couple – were apparently spotted dining alone together a new Hollywood restaurant Cecconi.
According to Radaronline, the pair gave fans the slip around 11pm and were ushered into the plush eatery via the back door by police escort.

After returning to their hotel together, Rob was next seen being mobbed by fans and paparazzi as he boarded a flight from LAX bound for New York.
