Ashton Kutcher Denies Britain's Got Talent Visit

It seems reports that Demi Moore and husband Ashton Kutcher will be guests of honour at this weekend's Britain's Got Talent final are slightly wide of the mark.

It was widely reported yesterday that the Hollywood couple are being flown to the UK at Simon Cowell's expense so they can attend Saturday's show after Demi received an invitation via Twitter from judge Amanda Holden.

Amanda wrote: “B.G.T final is on the 30th, I'll speak to Simon - am sure he will let you borrow his plane. x.”

She later added: “Message for Demi! Please someone get this to her as I am still rubbish at twittering Simon says yes! But to first class tickets!”

Demi replied: “What no private plane? Generous offer! Thank you! And thank Simon! When are the finals?”

However, Ashton – who is currently filming new movie Five Killers opposite Katherine Heigl - Tweeted today: “I will be working stateside this weekend. I'm not sure how this whole british talent rumor got started."

Demi's Twitter support for Susan Boyle was largely responsible for launching the finalist on the American public after her initial audition last month.
