Demi Moore has been invited to fly to the UK to attend the final of Britain's Got Talent.

The actress, who has been a regular follower of the series from her home in America, received an invitation via Twitter from judge Amanda Holden.

Amanda, who judges the series alongside Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan, wrote: “B.G.T final is on the 30th, I'll speak to Simon - am sure he will let you borrow his plane. x.”

She later added: “Message for Demi! Please someone get this to her as I am still rubbish at twittering Simon says yes! But to first class tickets!”

The actress replied: “What no private plane? Generous offer! Thank you! And thank Simon! When are the finals?”

Demi was responsible for giving Britain's Got Talent finalist Susan Boyle such widespread exposure in America following her audition last month.

The actress posted a video of Susan performing I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables, which was then re-tweeted by her Twitter followers.

Susan is the red-hot favourite to claim victory in the final, although she will face competition from fellow singers Shaheen Jafargholi and Gareth Oliver.

Others acts in the final include dance acts Diversity, Flawless and Stavros Flatley.
