Kate Moss is co-writing a fictional story book alongside novelist and former Sleeper singer Louise Wener, according to reports.
The book is believed to tell the story of a model who goes from an unknown to become a huge star.
It is thought the 35-year-old supermodel has turned to writing in a bid to expand on her modelling career.
“With the help of a ghost writer like Louise, she is convinced she could come up with a commercially successful product that could become a great money-spinner,” a source told The Sun newspaper.
“She knows the modelling world inside out and all the scandal behind the scenes.”
Wener, 41, turned to writing after Sleeper disbanded in 1997. She has written four books, including Goodnight Steve McQueen.
Meanwhile, Kate's high summer collection for Topshop, the latest in her line of ranges for the high street store, has gone on sale.
