Angelina Jolie was left “betrayed and disgusted” after catching Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston together, according to the latest issue of Star magazine.
The story is slightly less juicy than the US weekly's dramatic and misleading 'Angie walks in on Jen & Brad!' cover headline suggests – the former spouses were on the phone.
Apparently Angie returned to the couple's Long Island home earlier than expected after a day on the Salt set to find Brad chatting away to his ex-wife while their six children were tucked up in bed.
According to the magazine, an insider said: “Angie totally flipped out. She slammed her hand on the counter and stormed out of the room.”
Brad reportedly hung up on Jen and tried to make amends with Angelina who was left feeling “betrayed and disgusted.”
Luckily, Angelina appeared to have gotten over her feelings of betrayal and disgust (or is a better actress than we had her down for) by Wednesday's Inglourious Basterds premiere at Cannes, where she and Brad took to the red carpet looking every inch the happy couple.
