Hayden Panettiere and her rumoured new boyfriend Steve Jones continued their fun in the sun in the South of France today.

The Heroes star, 19, and the 32-year-old T4 presenter were spotted lapping up the rays out at sea this afternoon.

It is the second day running the pair have been together on the private yacht, which is moored near the site of the Cannes Films Festival.

Hayden, who was wearing a neon leopard print bikini, did her best to protect herself from the sun's rays with a cowboy hat.

A friend was also spotted applying some spray on sun-tan lotion to the actress, while Steve looked on.

The presenter, who split from presenter Fearne Cotton in November, has previously been linked to A-lister Halle Berry.

Hayden, who plays Claire Bennett in Heroes, has been single since February following her split with co-star Milo Ventimiglia.

At the time it was reported that the couple had split because of their age difference.

But that doesn't seem to be troubling Hayden and Steve, who spent last night out and about at the film festival.

The pair sparked rumours of romance after they were spotted dining together in London last week.
