Paris Hilton and Peaches Geldof kept the party going into the early hours of the morning at the Cannes film festival in France.

The two socialites proved inseparable after meeting at a A-list party at the House of Cannes last night.

The pair were spotted exchanging numbers at the event before travelling to a private boat party.

Peaches, who was also spotted alongside a mystery man, chatted with Paris and other guests on deck.

The daughter of Sir Bob Geldof was wearing a flattering white dress and black bow belt, while Paris chose a more figure-hugging silver sequin dress.

The American finished off the look with a matching bow belt and head band, and her trademark dark sunglasses.

The occasional actress was accompanied for most of the evening by boyfriend Doug Reinhardt.

The couple, who began dating in February, eventually left the boat along with Peaches at 5am.
