Pamela Anderson made yet another spectacle of herself at the weekend – but at least it was for a good cause.

The former Baywatch star remained dignity-free in, not one, but two, trashy costumes at Saturday's Life Ball 2009, which aimed to raise AIDS awareness.

The 41-year-old arrived at city hall in Vienna, Austria, in a bizarre mismatched outfit and with her blonde hair teased into a huge bouffant.

She then changed into a gold spangly leotard/bra combo and collected an oversized ghettoblaster to take to the stage at the star-studded event.

Pam's closest competition in the OTT style stakes was Katy Perry who performed from inside an oyster shell suspended over the stage.

Eva Longoria - who went for fairytale glamourover shock value - attended the event as a representative of the American Foundation for AIDS Research.

She said during her address to the crowd: "There's a terrible shortage of doctors and other health care workers who are trained to provide the proper treatment and care for those children."
