John Mayer Left 'Devastated' By Jennifer Aniston Break Up

Jennifer Aniston seems to have gone from being the world's most desperate singleton to being John Mayer and Brad Pitt's ideal woman more or less overnight, if you believe the latest reports.

We've already heard that Brad is supposed to have turned to his former wife as his relationship with Angelina Jolie supposedly falters – now it's claimed that John is also “pining” after the actress following their March split.

Scheana Marie Jancan, who claims to be the new woman in John's life, tells Britain's Heat magazine: "John was devastated at the break up with Jen. He told me that he really didn't think Jen would dump him."

"He's never really got over it and he still talks about her a lot. He's been playing guitar alone at night, pining over her."

Meanwhile, Scheana - who linked herself to John last month - is puzzled that the singer has denied their romance and cut off all contact with her since she blabbed to the press about their encounters.

"I don't understand why he's so pissed off with me for talking about us. I've been nothing but nice about him," she said.
