Brad Pitt Tells Jennifer Aniston 'I'm Sorry'

Brad Pitt's allegedly troubled relationship with Angelina Jolie has brought him closer to Jennifer Aniston, it's claimed.

According to a new UK report, the actor has been confiding in his ex-wife about his domestic woes during secret meetings and drunken phone calls.

After years of little communication, Brad is said to have called Jen at her New York hotel room on April 7.

"She was initially taken aback – especially as he sounded drunk and sorry for himself," a 'well-placed' source tells Now. "He told her he misses her and that he’s sorry for any hurt caused.

"Jen being Jen immediately told him she’d never held a grudge against him and would welcome them being friends again, so long as she doesn’t have to be friends with Angelina. He agreed."

Since then the former couple has allegedly met in twice in person – first on the New York set of Jen's movie The Baster on April 23, and again on the evening of April 30, when Brad slipped in through the back of the Greenwich Hotel, apparently wearing a motorcycle helmet to avoid being recognised.

The source adds: "Brad didn’t spend long in the hotel as he was paranoid that other people would find out, but he didn’t care what Angie thought. He’s had enough."
