Amy Winehouse Sheds 'Freeloading Friends' Ahead Of Live Comeback

Amy Winehouse's father, Mitch, has ordered one of the singer's friends to return to the UK from St Lucia, it's been reported.

Mitch is said to accused the singer's female friend of indulging in all-day drinking sessions at his daughter's expense.

Amy has invited a number of friends to stay with her during her extended break on the Caribbean island, where she is recording her third album.

But Mitch is said to have put his foot down with the unnamed friend to prevent her from jeopardising Amy's live return at the St Lucia Jazz festival later this week.

“Mitch knows she has to get it right,” a source told The Sun newspaper.

“He doesn’t want Amy to be lonely but he doesn’t see why she should pay for mates to have a good time.”

Amy sparked new health fears over the weekend when she collapsed while playing on a beach with children.

But tabloid reports claimed the Rehab star fell hill following a heavy drinking session.

Amy was observed overnight in hospital but later discharged. She was later pictured high-kicking on a beach with a mystery man.
