Britney Spears has been granted a three year restraining order against her former manager Sam Lutfi and alleged attourney Jon Eardley.
The pop princess - who is currently wowing crowds on tour across the U.S. - has been embroiled in a bitter legal battle with Lutfi and Eardley over claims they threatened to thwart her conservatorship.
And now after months of going back and forth, Britney and her father (one of the main conservators) have won out against the two men - who allege that the pop star's will is being tampered with.

The restraining order states that Lutfi and Eardley are not allowed to go within 100 yards of Britney's home, or wherever she is working.
They also have to stay away from the home of Britney's husband Kevin Federline and those of any members of her family.
